Needs

  • Risk coaches who are willing to share their story to offer a helping hand to others.

The story has echoed through the ages, from the beginning of time. Each woman has faced her own story of loneliness, risk, and rejection. Our passion is to be a circle of protection and to point women to Him who is the source of their worth and empowerment. We desire to offer a safe place with other women who have walked the same valley and survived with dignity.

The Wheel of Risk provides just that. It is an interactive way to find hope, help, and resources as women live their own stories. This wheel features 14 Risk areas that women face. By visiting WAR, Int’l’s website, a woman can click on a specific risk. This links to a pool of resources. Through this website, she can also connect with women who are currently walking the same path or have gone through the fire and have come out refined. Each risk area has a risk coach, who blogs about the experiences she has faced. Although the coaches are not certified counselors and are not there to provide professional services, they are a hand to hold and a source of hope in time of crisis.

The 14 areas of risk are:

  • family issues
  • disease
  • substance abuse
  • natural disaster
  • loss
  • loneliness
  • career issues
  • self image
  • abuse
  • marriage issues
  • depression
  • exploitation
  • slavery
  • other
